Flame polishing and diamond polishing for acrylic edges. Flame polishing is manual finishing for selected acrylic edges and shaped parts. Diamond polishing is machine-based edge polishing for straight edges and larger pieces where a cleaner, more consistent finish is required. Angled edge polishing can be reviewed based on part shape, material thickness and required finish.
Direct UV flatbed printing onto compatible flat substrates. The white-ink and varnish channels support printing on dark, transparent, or coloured stock and allow layered effects. Share artwork and the substrate type for review before quotation.
UV Sticker Printing — also known as UV transfer sticker — for logos, branding graphics, decorative applications, and selected product labelling needs.
